For those of you who watch what you eat, here’s the final word on nutrition and health. It’s a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting nutritional studies.

1. The Japanese eat very little fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

3. The Chinese drink very little red wine
and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

4. The Italians drink a lotof red wine
and suffer fewerheart attacks than Americans.

5. The Germans drink a lot of beers and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than Americans.

CONCLUSION

Eat and drink what you like.
Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

Sign of the times. Dieters are suckers if you ask me. You have the vegans that have to take 50 pills day to stay alive and make up for lack of nutrition. The vegetarians who I just don’t get. The Big Mac, fries and the diet coke group. The I worked out today so I can have fast food group. You only have one body. I figure if you’re not scarred, bruised, tired, with a weak heart when you die then you wasted a perfectly good body.

If you want the real truth, Americans are in such poor health, not from the type of food they eat, but from the amounts of additives and preservatives we ingest in the name of convience. Stop eating overpackaged over poisoned food. I will bet my shop that anyone who takes the initiative to eat a diet full of whole fresh foods and stops their dependency on prepackaged slop, will increase they’re health by two fold. Be proactive as opposed the reactive. I am now stepping off my soap box. Adios!

You have a terrific sense of humor , my friend : )

...now that I’m hungry , I’m off to McD’s for my Diet Coke and 4 double cheeseburgers and only one extra large Fry . Oh and a McLatte to go, please….I’m trying to cut down.

Dan, how dare you! One day Macs will take over the world and assume their rightful place at the top of the computer world. They’re superior in every way. Rhett, you’re right. Unfortunately it’s a catch 22. In order to feed an ever growing population we need those preservatives, chemicals, and additives to make food genetically bigger and more abundant. Natural is the way to go but not feasable for his country. That’s why I grow my own foods here in ND where the fertile is rich.
