Before making any suggestions, let me congratulate the designers and admins for this site on most excellent work ! ! ! ! You’ve done an awesome job.

I subscribe to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission listserv. Occasionally there are items of interest to woodworkers as there was today when they announced a recall on Bosch circular saws. I posted the notice under the Tools forum but thought that it might not get the attention that it deserves there. I wondered if it would be possible to set up a separate forum for Recalls. This would make any posts stand out and would provide a single repository for research about tools without having to rely on one’s search argument design capability or finding the right phrase in a post in order to get a hit.

I’m sure if there’s a way, Martin can find a solution.

Sounds like a good idea. I would think a safety forum could encompass both.

Just reading about some of our Lumberjocks incidences alone, brings one’s mind to think thoughts of safety.
