I think it is about time to create a separate forum for Sawstop.

Yikes like poking the bear huh!

Kinda like Harley’s, if you don’t ride you would not understand :0

I’d be good with it.

Why? Are they special somehow? How about a forum for the Unisaw or PM’s? Those are quest machines for many more people. Hmm, how about a forum for Harbor Freight crap while we are at it!!

Cheers,
Brad

I think we should have a special forum for “RantingRich’s” protégé.

I think a special area for all the “What table saw should I buy?” There are a zillion of those.

There are 173 reviews posted for table saws including Sawstop and many others. Posters have done a great job writing these.

That might not be a bad idea and folks ask most about those and BS’s. However, I don’t think reading a 2 year old review as very timely IMO (no offense intended). I think people want specific feedback at the current time and may flavor the question between certain types or brands, I I know personally I never mind responding to those.

A new TS/BS section might not be bad. However I hope the forum keeps the number of categories to a minimum. Have you ever been to the CNC zone forums.

The reason for having a separate forum for Sawstop is: Any forum asking “What saw to buy” starts a pi**ing contest between Sawstop and conventional saw brands.

Really? I’ve usually found other members advice to someone looking to buy a table saw as useful and practical advise. Maybe I missed the Saw Stop Pi%%%G matches.

As far as a separate forum for Saw Stop only? It’s not something I’d spend any time reading. I also believe we have more than enough Forums as it is.

Thank You: Rick

A Forum for A/One Person? OH! I see. You think there’s enough information available about YOU to keep a Forum going? OR! Did you have someone else in mind? HA! HA! HA!

I think we should have a separate forum for people who think there should be separate forums.
