It’s Open Studio Weekend this coming Saturday and Sunday. Across Vermont, hundreds of artists and craftspeople will be cleaning up and then opening their studios to their neighbors and visitors from out of state. It’s the 17th year for this event. Kit will be at the shop with her handmade jewelry and Penny Viscusi will be showing her landscape pastels. I will be here with my stuff, old and new, Sam will be in and out and if you catch him and he can show you his metalshop and some of the work he’s doing. After and intense round of music gigs, Will’s taking the weekend off. I plan to have a small number of pieces that have been on hand for a while offered at negotiable prices as I’ve got a ton of new ideas I want to explore, both furniture and in the sculptural mode I’ve been fooling with for the last year or so … So ,if you’re in range of Vermont, look for the yellow Open Studio signs along the roadsides and stop in and see us or any of the other 250 or so artists who are open this weekend ... We’re friendly … Complete info and lists and maps at the links below

Sounds like an interesting event; I hope all went well.
