I’m looking at the Grizzly 12 in baby drum sander and was wondering uf anyone had any info or feedback on this product. new to this site and it looks great THANKS

You could try a search of this site for it. I think I remember someone referencing it but it was quite a while ago.

I believe American Woodworker did a writeup on drum sanders in the last month or so.

I own the Jet 10-20 and would highly recommend it. You can sand almost up to 20” wide panels. This place has a good price tag

I built one the other week only it didn’t turn out so well! I made the drum about 26” wide and something went wrong when I glued all the discs together that bowed the rod, so I turned it on and it the vibrations walked my +300lb bench across the room :) Suffice to say I turned it off and haven’t gone near it since.

thanks everyone for your reply, childress, found the artical in wood mag. and it looks like for what I need,
and the money, the Grizzly ought to work. I’m gonna get and I’ll let you know how it works in a few weeks
