Topic tags/keywords: inca model 343 outfeed table install jointer

I have a 10” (260 mm) Inca Jointer Planer model 343.190 that I bought at an auction. It appears to be all present and accounted for. When I purchased it the outfeed table was off to allow use as a planer. I want to put that back in place to try it as a jointer. Do I have to remove the height adjusting hand wheel? The manual is rather cryptic. It says to remove, push down sharply on the end of the table. From what I can see, t will not slide back into place with the wheel in place.
