I received an email yesterday about tis monument.

It’s funny that I never seen this on the news.

I think it’s spectacular, so I thought I’d share this.

Dick Thats a great memorial. They must have dedic ated it just after I left NJ.

I’ll have to go and visit it.

Grandpaw, I have traveled a lot in Europe and liked going to the towns and sections where the working classes are and in doing so I found that 99.9% of them were good people and wanted the world to be at peace and for all to prosper and raise their families. I have to make distinctions between the people and their governments. The Tear is a beauiful gift.

i’m with Kolwdwrkr and kindlingmaker the cold war ended a long time ago so that memorial is not only stunning but well thought of and shows the world is united againist terrorisim ….
