Topic tags/keywords: contest wood whisperer better home and gardens grill cart

Marc Spagnuolo aka “The Wood Whisperer” needs the support of the LJ community. For those that aren’t aware our favourite woodworking podcaster is involved in a contest from Better Home and Gardens. He’s representing woodworkers in general in this contest and has built “the Ultimate Grill Cart” You can read all about the contest at http://www.bhg.com/app/voting/index.jsp?id=/templatedata/bhg/voting/data/1240261629709.xml&_requestid=111837

Exert from Marc’s site: ”I hope you will take a moment to vote for me in the Better Homes & Gardens challenge. You can vote once per day. Be sure my image is up on the screen when you place your vote.”

At the moment Marc is running a close 3rd and needs the support of the LJ members to push him to the top. So slip over to BHG.com and support a fellow wood worker.

Marc does not know I have started this forum, but I felt he deserves our support.

Thanks
Bruce

The Wood Whisperer does tremendous work, there is no disputing this.

In the fairness of the competition, let’s leave it to the quality of the work to get him to the top.

Thanks for the reminder, but it’s not an automatic that the votes should be a resounding push for our fellow LJ.

Sometimes I think that if this Wood Whisperer fella would just SPEAK UP and quit whispering he might be heard a little better. ;-)

More seriously, though, Marc is a good guy and I’m for supporting him.

I totally agree with you Pitch – may the best project win. It was more of a reminder to vote.
