can you use tb2 glue on pressure treated wood?

I have but it didn’t hold very well. Of course, the joints were subjected to the weather- that may have had something to do with it.

I have started to use Tightbond 3 for my outdoor projects. They haven’t been outdoors very long yet, a few months. They are OK so far.

Because of the pressure treating process it’s chemical seems to leech out . My best results have been with polyurethane glues

The absolute best glue for treated wood is 2 part epoxy glue. I built an outdoor treated wood table 10 or 11 years ago and it wasn’t even affected by being underwater for 3 weeks in a flood during hurricane Katrina.
