Now that I have your attention.

Don’t forget to vote for Marc on the BHG contest he is doing.

He is a great resource for us LJ’s to have, and if you haven’t heard of him head over to his site at

What a great way to remind us to vote daily!!! This certainly got my attention and, yes, I voted for Marc’s project today.

My reasons about posting this way is the way I navigate Lumberjocks.

I use the pulse at the bottom of the page, and I have it limited to only show anything that I haven’t seen since a last response was made. I tend to avoid the posts with very long lists of replies, and open them just to flag it read so it pushes it off the pulse list… even though I didn’t read it.

New post will hopefully get a bit more action :)

I can’t believe this post only got 86 views after being on here all day. Heck, it got me twice because I forgot I already got suckered once today. I’ll probably click on it again tomorrow; Ooh, look! Free curly maple! (I only voted once though since that’s all that’s allowed per day). I like your approach interpim. For those who won’t forget and click on this again, I guess you’ll have to come up with something else for tomorrow. He’s in third place now and falling further behind.

I have been voting for him for awhile! And I will tomorrow!
I too loved the approach. Whatever works!
You can also follow him on Twitter, I do.
