Hello, i would like to get some opinions if i am making the right decision, i currently have a older rockwell 12 inch contractors saw. I have been wanting to upgrade and was thinking one of the grizzly hybrid saws, a grizzly 1023s came up on Craigslist list. I am going to take a look at it. Is the 1023 the better option? it is cheaper than the grizzlies, but i would have to share the 220 dryer outlet.
Thanks for any input you can share.

An industrial style cabinet saw like the G1023S is a solid step up in class, and is considerably more robust. Do you know what fence is on it?

I had a 1023slx for 10 years and sold it for 800. Great saw and I would still be using it today, if I had not upgraded to the 5hp sawstop
