I’m getting a bit frustrated. The last week in January I ordered a Laguna 14/12 from my local Rockler store and was told it should arrive in less than a week. That didn’t happen and the blame was placed on the east coast snow storms. Well, maybe a delay of a couple of days make sense but not weeks. It’s snowing again today!
I spoke with the store manager and was essentially told that they don’t know where it is and when I’ll see it. They hope for delivery the week of March 2. but due to the west coast dock stoppage, nobody knows.
This wouldn’t be so bad except that based on the original Rockler delivery estimate, I sold my old band saw and am now without a band saw. I’m not sure there’s a solution but it makes me think that the next thing I’ll order will have to be in stock and I can pick it up that day.
