Topic tags/keywords: clamps sale rockler irwin quick grip

I’ve seen some posts from folks here who swear by these things. I even picked up 4 from Rockler on their last sale after all the glowing reports here, and they’ve come in handy. It’s in-store only, but if you’ve got a Rockler in your area, they’re marked down from $23 to $10 for the next month, starting tomorrow as I write this.

Happy clamping!

I use them all the time.

I usually pick up a 4 pack every time I see them for $20.

They are quick and easy.

Hey Gary
Thanks for the heads up. A little problem I’m about 2800 miles from a Rockler store. There are two types of Irwin clamps the standard that I used along with pipe clamps for years . Now they have the heaver duty dark blue Irwin clamps these are the ones to have(I have about 30) the are much much stronger ,in comparison there is no comparison between the two. If these are the older style(yellow) clamps spend the extra and get the good(dark blue) ones.

GaryK – a 4-pack for $20? Are you in the maffia or something? ;)

Jim – 2800 miles!? Are you on an oil rig? How can you stand it? I was lamenting being probably too far away from one after finding them online and falling in love, as I’m in the office-world of Los Angeles, but it turned out there’s one only about 15-20 miles away in Torrance, CA. I shoot down there every once in awhile. It makes LA a little more bearable. These are the dark blue plastic body w/ yellow rubber pads clamps. I think they’re the ones you mean. Good stuff.

Jim, If you get email you can have rockler at your desk usually once a week, If you buy something or if you request it you can have a catalog about once a month. The on line is the compleate list. BUT wait for something to be on sale before you buy.

Hey Guys I get there e mails already but wasn’t this a in store deal? I thought the only Rocklers were on the east coast. Correction the nearest one is 980 miles away or closer(just in case) Thanks Gary Fixler sometimes an oil rig would be nice but were do you put your table saw? About the LA a little more bearable ? Lets put it this way I don’t go around singing “I love LA” I left Orange county 20 years ago that was to crazy for me. The dark Blue Irwin clamps with the larger main bodies sounds like the good ones. I would like a two pack for $20 Gary K There’s somethings not bigger in Texas your prices. Hey every one I’m just kidding around so please don’t take it seriously. The two Garys are some talented guys .And I would never pick on someone named RTB
