I’m surprised that there is that much of the nail left after 30 years.

I read a report of a man who had a breech plug form a precussion muzzle loading rifle in his skull for 20 years plus or minus. He had no ill efects and went on about his business after he had blown up a rifle. This was in the 19th century before x-rays, ect. He finally started to have some trouble of some kind. The Dr discovered and removed the breech plug. They figured it went in through his eye socket.

Where did it get the sunlight it needed in order to grow?
I seriously doubt that thing started growing inside him -.-
He probably eats trees, and accidentally got one into his lung, and started getting chest pains, the thing still looks pretty green so it cant be that old -.-

Edit: Unless he also swallowed a lamp, that glew on its own and gave the seed the light it needed to start growing :P
