I’m in the process of learning to use my CNC router. Was wonderi g if any fellow LJ’s might need something milled. This would let me make stuff that is actually useful and maybe helps fellow Jock. I have enough lumber to cut prototypes but anything exotic or special, and you would need to supply the wood. I was thinking about hand tool handle blanks, templates, jig parts, etc. Let me know. I know everybody has something to trade. We can work something out. Hopefully. I need some plane irons and thick wood shorts.

Thanks guys,

I am looking to make a sign for my buddy’s garage he just finished for his hot rod and Harley. If I can come up with a design would you be willing to have a go at it? I will supply the lumber and cover all shipping costs.
let me know

Shoot me a PM with your email address. I’m up for just about anything at this point. I would, however, like to make a prototype out of my own ‘cheap lumber’ before any shipping of ‘good stuff’ happens. I’m not looking to make money off of anthing either. Just build my skills operating this machine and making some friends, perhaps. :)

Hey Matt
I don’t think I could trade being so far away but I would suggest finding something you want to make and use some inexpensive material and even if you mess up your one step closer to manufacturing your product.

Good morning
Your offer is a very gracious. I could use 2 or 3 hand plane grips. I would be happy to pay shipping or pick them up in June when I am in your part of the state. Let me know your terms. Les
