I need to put company name or logo on pens any ideas

get a laser engraver? Or burn it on by hand I suppose.

Another option is there are decal sheets available for both laser and inkjet printers. You can print to them, spray with a clear acrylic coating and then apply like any other water-decal. After it has dried, coat the pen in CA or epoxy to seal and protect the decal and then sand smooth.
