OK Joker, if this is a joke question, here is an answer. Buy a square PVC tube that the outside is larger than 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch inside. -- Ron in Osseo, Minnesota |

Not a joke and maybe I need to re-word my question. I need the inside diameter to be exactly 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch. A few millimeters to large is ok, but that’s all the margin of error I can afford. |

Try US plastics, they sell square extruded acrylic tubing, the 3/4” OD gives you an 5/8” ID since the wall thickness is 1/16”. If you give them a call they might be able to find something closer to what you are looking for. -- Rich, WNY, www.nyrockingchairs.com |

Also try McMaster-Carr. www.mcmaster.com. This site is SUPER easy to use and order from (This site should be the template for any wholesale supplier’s website…really good!) and they will have the stock you are after. Shipping is reasonable and quick. Search for PVC and the options will appear before you…:) Good Luck. -- If, in your life, you attain the means to help; you incur the responsibility to act. |
