i would like to give credit where it is deserved. and delta has scored some credit from me. reciently i bought a delta table saw from a classified add and the plastic nut witch allowed the blade to tilt was striped. i called
customer service here in canada and they did not have the part so they put me through to the american service department. to my suprise the part was only $1.89 i needed this part to use my saw. the person i talked to told me the part should be in my hands in about ten days and i agreed to order it . they shiped the part to me UPS to canada and purolator droped it off at my door just a few days after i ordered it at no cost to me just the price of the part. i own a few delta power tools and i plan to own more in the future.

now thats what i call customer service

thanks Delta for geting my saw up and running again so fast

Good to hear. That’s always been my experience with Delta too, it still amazes me.

Yes, they are the best hands down, so is the faucet branch. They sent a repair kit at no cost. The branch is awesome too. I had trouble with my drill press and the fellow was so helpful and knowledgeable. We talked it out and I was able to fix it thanks to his patience.
