I’m re-finishing some elevator panels and I have stripped, sanded and applired three coats od Watco oil finish. I want to apply a finish coat of wax so that the panels can be touched up when they are scratched. How soon after the oil is applied can I put the wax on top?

I would wait at least 72 hours for the product to cure out but it may take longer depending upon the ambient temperature. The time line is a guide for applications that are made at room temperature (above 70 degrees F).
