Is $400 a reasonable price for a Grizzly G0555 14 inch bandsaw is excellent condition with 2 blades and a mobile base?

How old is it? At a list of 555.00 that seems a bit steep to me. Is it brand new out of the box? Depending on age, I’d go 300 max.

If it is in like new condition then maybe. It sells for 555 new from Grizzly with a fence. A mobile base adds maybe 60 to 80 dollars for a decent one. Stock Grizzly blade sucks so two quality blades in decent shape add 20 bucks or more depending on the blade. Any other goodies like a riser block would also affect the used price.

I’ve got a lot of grizzly, and I’ve got the 17”hd for resawing. I wanted a 2nd saw just for small cutting. I kept watching CL with searchtempest and hit with an original delta 1934 BS for a little over 200. If this is in your budget, keep looking and get an old piece of American Iron will come up. I’d wait. but my opinion and a buck fifty will get you a cup of coffee.

I have a GO555 and think it is a excelent saw but used is worth $200. Just my opinion. I paid $555 in 2008 fore a new one with riser and re-saw fence.

I’d just save another 250$ for a brand new saw with base and blades.
