Rob, I live in Dutchess county and we have one up here. I do not know if he travels to westchester or not.
I used him once to cut some oak and cherry and he did a pretty good job. I’m not sure of his name right now, but I can find out for you if your interested.

I live in Albany and recently heard of a guy named Shean that runs a lumber business in the Kingston area (I believe its in Woodstock). He has a webiste at www.sheanfurniture.com He does furniture, but he also sells lumber, will come and turn trees into boards, etc. Hope this helps.
