Topic tags/keywords: question

Can someone comment on the quality of the Harbor Freight
toggle clamps – they’re much cheaper than Rockler and others
(you can buy 3-4 for the price of 1)
(I’m not in the States, so every purchase costs big bucks
and I don’t want to buy a cat in the bag – unless it’s worth something ;) )

They are well worth the price, but makes sure you are getting all the parts (shouldn’t be a problem if you are mail ordering).

There’s not much to break on a toggle clamp. I have about 6 of various sizes from HF with no problem.

I’ve not had any problems with them, but as stated, you need to make sure (when shopping in the store) that all the parts are there.
