Topic tags/keywords: tutorial tip posting

Hi All,

Did you know that there is a video series about posting on LumberJocks? Damn it, I didn’t either. Well I just found them after being here over a year. The reason I found them is I wanted to attempt this topic myself. I just got a new program that allows me to capture my desktop action on my computer. The program is called “SreenFlow”, and it’s a lot of fun.

I thought it would be fun to capture what I’m doing on my computer that enables me to post to LumberJocks. Oh it would be how to post pictures to blogs and the like. These questions are always being asked by the “newbies”.

Well “Mr. Busy”, David, has beat me to it … by about a year and a half. So below is a link to the first installment. I might still try to hone my skills here in awhile.

Seek and you shall find. Ask and it shall be opened to you.

Odie,

Not to hijack your thread- but here is another, similar FREE program that does screen capture and creates tutorials.

It is not as powerful or full featured as what you have.

I am looking forward to seeing your productions.

LEW !

I’m a MAC man silly. If I BOUGHT it … shouldn’t I use it? There is another free one while you bring it up. It’s called Jing , and I have it. It’s for Windows and Mac. The ability to edit the finished product is what won me over to “ScreenFlow”. The Jing address for downloading is below. For all of you who wish to pass on computer help to someone, Jing is a great start. Watch the tutorials at the site and see if you would like Jing.

Better late than never Odie. Great tip anyway.
