I just found Lumberjocks the other day and signed up as soon as I found it. What a great forum!
I’ve recently moved full time to Camden, Maine and am in the process of setting up my new shop. It is located in a 12×20 outbuilding on our property. Although I’m still working I have decided to build some things that the tourists will purchase.
The only down side is that I live only 15 miles from Lie Nielson Toolworks, too much temptation for one person!!!!

One can never have too many tools. To live that close to a fine tool-maker that would be a temptaion I would succumb to.

Maybe they will let you try out some of those new tools before you buy them!

Welcome aboard. It sounds like you have a good set up for your shop, and a nice place to work at. I am sure you will find things they will buy.
