That doesn’t make any sense. |

If you find a good used one and like it, will you remove it, sell it, and buy a brand new one to replace it? Sounds like more trouble than it’s worth to me. -- Quidquid latine dictum sit, altum viditur |

I plan on putting it on a Craftsman 10 inch contractors saw model. the stock fence just does not like to stay adjusted. -- Jay NE Tennessee |

Once in awhile I’ll see a Unifence, or a Vega, or a Biesemeyer for sale, can’t say that I’ve seen a used T2 though. I would think that any of them would work, you might have to get a little creative in mounting some of them. If you post the model number of your saw you might get someone that has had some experience with switching fences on that saw. I bought a used Delta Contractors saw last fall that had a Delta Unifence mounted on it, the previous owner had the fence washered out away from the saw because it didn’t fit the edge of the saw perfectly. I took it off, took a file to an edge on the fence rail that needed just a little removed, bolted it back up, now the rail is more solidly bolted to the saw and you can’t see the lightly filed edge. So it just goes to show you that something that should of fit without any hassle still needed some tweeking to get it to work correctly. |

Thank you for the advice! I have been told that both a T2 and a Vega would fit my saw. the model number is 113.298761. I have no problem making mods to the saw to get a good fence to fit, anything is better than the stock one! Thanks again for all your help everyone on here is GREAT! -- Jay NE Tennessee |
