Does anyone know where I can find a wood ball larger than 5” Ideally need a 6-7” ball for a lamp project I am doing, but I can’t find any larger than a 5” without doing a large custom order.

Kind of hard to do a ball lamp project without actually having the ball!!! Don’t know where you can get any, but it reminded me of this video where a guy made a large laminated wood ball (in this case, a bowling ball) on his table saw..

It can be made out of any decent wood. Just getting painted.

Found this website in case anyone else needs it. They have poplar and red oak available in a large variety of sizes.
