I’m thinking about buying a GO586 jointer, pre-owned, for $600. I haven’t seen it yet, but it is claimed to only have been used two or three times. Been wanting to upgrade to an 8” for a while, and this one is pretty close to where I live. Any thoughts from you all about this deal? It beats the $800 or so delivered price, and no waiting.

Did you buy this? How is it working out if you did get it?

No I didn’t – the seller turned out to be a flake. I bought a GO490X new from Grizzly, and it’s awesome!
