Never used this before and wondered where most of you are getting this wood and what I should expect to pay. cmaeda home | projects | blog 192 posts in 453 days 280 days ago	Most places should carry Purple Heart. If you don’t mind paying a premium, you could buy it at Rockler. I get most of my lumber at walllumber.com. It looks like they have it for $4.75/bd ft for 4/4.

It’s not cheap, and I usually only use it in smaller pieces, rarely do big pieces go into my projects. -- Respect your shop tools and they will respect you - Ric
