Topic tags/keywords: accuride centerline drawer slide slide drawer stops bumpers stops

I am having an issue with Centerline full extension drawer slides (like Accuride). Older versions of Centerline slides had black rubber stops to keep the drawer closed. They worked fine, but closed a little hard sometimes. The new stops are grey, and close softly. However, they don’t keep the drawer closed!
I called Rockler and they don’t have replacement stops (not willing to get the manufacturer to ship me a few). They would rather have me uninstall my slides and reinstall new ones.

Does anyone know where you can buy Centerline / Accuride rubber stops?

How far in are your side members. Maybe the drawer front is keeping the rail from going all the way in to lock?
Quick fix, but not proper fix would be to put some shims in the very back so when the drawer closes it gets tighter and holds the drawer in. Next would be to tilt the guides a little bit but that could change the angle of your fronts.
Other than that I have no idea where you can get new rubbers.

I have isolated the problem to the rubber stops. When I change the rubber stops to a different brand, the drawers work fine. Since they are a wear item, I was hoping somebody carried them.

Accuride still lists parts available thru their technical support request. Go to accuride.com/ industrial/Resources/FAQs.asp

Thank you, I sent them a request.
We’ll see what it turns up.
