Can anyone tell me the prefered interior demensions for a file cabinet drawer. I know it’s a one of those dumb questions we are all afraid to ask but I don’t want to build it over again when I realize it’s to small. Thanks.

I measured the drawer on my file cabinet and it measures; 15-1/2” wide x 26” deep x 10-1/2” high; all inside dimensions. They are designed to hold legal size folders, 8-1/2” x 14”.
