I have a really good W. Butcher tenon saw that needs to be jointed, filed and set.
The saw works well as it is (rip filed), but just needs to be properly tuned and tweaked for optimum performance in the rip mode.
Who do you folks use/recommend? I’m not in a big rush, but 10 to 12 weeks from one shop is a bit much.
Cost? Time? Best way to package and send?
I’m fully open to all suggestions since this is a very good back saw, and I surely don’t want it poorly done.
