Is there a way to tighten a piano hinge? I have one that seems to have a lot of play in it and is causing the door it holds to sag.

What material are you screwing into? Some materials do not take well to screws and others particular to what face is secured.

I have never tried this, but I wonder if you could tighten it up by tapping the knuckle with a hammer while the knuckle is on a steel surface?
