Unable to post product review

When I try to post a product review with a picture and a link to a youtube video, I get this message:
There were problems with the following fields:

Review must have at least one picture

-- If we learn from our mistakes, I should be a genius!

Download a product picture from the internet to your desktop,
then upload it… or you can take your own picture if you like.

That’s all I can offer. The picture has to go in a special field
on the product review section. It is not like regular pictures on
this forum which are placed embedded in a post… it is more
like your profile picture.

Check the picture size. Perhaps the file is too large or not
a .jpg file.

Farrout, the picture has to uploaded where it says “Picture Gallery”, not in the body of your review post, as your screenshot shows you have done. In order to do that, you will have to do as Loren said about downloading the pic to your own computer and then uploading again.
