Check out my “Nitro Fishing Boat”! They also offered a new “Silencer” Option which I also purchased.

Seems to do a very nice job of quieting things done when you’re trying to concentrate on Nailing a Big One!

Video demonstrating the “SILENCING OPTION” is HERE. (Full Screen Is Best)

AND… AWAY WE GO!!....LOL..

Rick

PS: I let a “Friend” try My Nitro out at Full Blast see how it would ride. (Full Screen Again to get the best view).

Not so sure that was the best thing to do! Wadda You Think?

Thanks for your Comments Jim & Roger. Both of you Guys have a Whopping Number of Posts and Days on here.

I guess we could call you “Veterans”. Congrats!!

Commenting on Various Posts Seems to be a “Non-Activity” around here for a while now, unfortunately.

Oh well. Just part of the “I, Me, Mine.” world we live in I guess.

Doesn’t actually encourage one to bother Posting stuff like this.

RANT over. ....LOL…

NOTE: No Longer “Watching.”

Why?

- Iwud4u

Why? I wasn’t getting Any/Many Response with 420 Views and at least I have the decency to let people know on ALL of my Posts (Except My Projects. That stay on “Watch”) if I’m no longer watching the Post. From what I’ve seen, I’m the only one that does that.

I have spent a LOT of time replying to MANY Posts with lengthy answers to the Posters questions. I don’t get a Reply. Why? He’s no longer “Watching” his Post. That amounts to a Large waste of time.

Do You leave, or put all of Your Postings on “Watch”?

In this situation I thought I’d have a look, just in case. Your message was there.

I’ll assume that your “Why?’ means why take it off in the first place. Unless you’d care to explain what “Why” means.

So. Just for You, ...... LOL…. I’ll put it back on “Watching”.

Actually you do have a valid point. IE: Why not just leave everything on “Watch” including my responses to others Posts, and check them through “Pulse, Last 24 Hours, Activity List”.

Thank You for prompting Me to give that more thought.

Ya’ll have a Nice Day!

LOL, actually I was just going to mess with you last night. But you actually did quit watching.

I usually leave my postings on watch, but, there is never anything that interesting that keeps anybody coming back to them so it’s really no big deal for me.
I try not to post humor because whenever I joke, I find that most don’t have a sense of humor, that and my jokes aren’t funny…to dry I guess.

OH! OH! OH! You’re back already! Saw it in my “Watch List”. You’re right …It works! ...LOL..

Your Jokes probably are Funny, but you’re right about a sense of humor sadly lacking on here!

We USE TO Laugh a lot on here, one of the things that always kept it interesting.

HA! You added a Picture, while I was adding one! Great Minds, and all that!

Rick,I find your posts interesting maybe most members now a days read more than they respond, that atmosphere of “big family” has already disappeared if you ask me ,it has only made me less and less interested to get involved.

There must be a reason why some of the “more popular” members here get many responses even for the silliest thread(or project) ,and the rest of us don’t get more than one or two for the same subject, the thing is,it honestly does not bother me,believe it or not, it’s like water off duck’s back .I’m sure you feel the same .

Edit:I have never used that WATCH feature, didn’t even notice it until you brought it up.lol.

Thanks Ken:

Yes. The big Family and being Sociable has disappeared. I’ve also lost interest in participating or getting involved in anything. I’ve got at least 6 Projects I could Post. Not the least bit interested in doing so.

The “more popular members” is also known as the “Buddy System”. There’s also another expression for it having to do with “Kissing”. This will get Trashed if I spell it out.

There’s also a couple of guys who climb up my backside, every chance they get. One just did it in that “Shellac Post”. I answered him. He’ll be back with more Sarcasm or Attitude because he knows absolutely everything there is to know about everything, or so he’d like everyone else to believe.

Sorry, but it bothers me. That’s one of the reasons I was off of here for 6 months or so. This used to be a Fun Place to come to. A lot of social interaction outside of Woodworking. Now it’s just Boring as H__L

Refurbers has totally fallen apart. Is this site next? Actually … who … (forget it)

Thanks for your Post. Catch you later.

Rick, Great vids BUT it’s getting harder and harder to post comments on LJ (this is my fourth attempt). Keep posting and I’ll keep watching (and trying to comment).

Too funny, only if right.

I go through the projects and many of them go uncommented on. Does it take that longto leave a comment. I think all the projects are awesome. There is a heck of a lot of peole on the site many just browsing around. I think there is a lot of posts that people post and then never reply to comments, it can get aggrevating. Some people put a lot of effort into their comments and it goes nowhere with the poster. Still a good site no matter how many people i annoy, and it’s probably a lot.

The video was great. Wish I had that option on my boat many times. Would of been handy.
Hey, may be we could use that option on this site.
