First, the story behind the chair. The chair is the only thing our family has left from our farm house that burned to the ground 12 years ago. I have the only thing that was from the house because I moved out and took the chair with me 20 years ago. I have no idea why i never thought about make another chair I love the feel of it and the easy storage of it. I plan on building a few for some family members for Christmas gifts but don’t no where I can get some of the hardware. I’m looking to track down the hardware the the chair pivots on , I looks to have like a nail head on each end and some washers I figured someone would know what that is and were to get it. Hopefully someone can help so I can get started. Thanks.

Try Roto-hinge

Lee Valley Hardware.

-- "Bordnerizing" perfectly good lumber for over a decade.

Thanks, that will work and will stay hidden. I like it. Again, thanks for the help.
