I have had the good fortune to inherit two complete shops. One was from my Dad and the other from my Uncle. I have had them each for ten plus years. I kind of put some of the stuff aside, keeping it only for sentimental reasons. I already had a reasonable full shop when I got this stuff. Realizing that “that was my Dad’s” for 200 tools might be over kill, I am looking to move some things along. My question is, I have some older 1/3 sheet sanders…do they have a good use in finishing? I have multiple 1/4 sheet, at least 4 ROS…detail sanders etc etc…these are old Rockwell’s, Craftsman, and Skill….now they are not so old they are made of metal though…Are these worth keeping or should I craiglist them?
I am not a real seller, but conservatively I have 12 to 15 sanders with these…..

I’m in a similar situation. I donated most of the stuff I knew I wouldn’t use to a school. I still have some tools like a PC half sheet sander that I should get rid of. I’m not much of a pac-rat though.
