I can tell you why, coming from someone being new here. I have seldom been received so well into a group by perfect strangers. I wasn’t 1 hour on the sight and had several people welcoming me. When you post a project you get nothing but nice comments from people. I believe that means a lot to people as some are a little nervous to put themselves out there in fear of criticism, we all know how the internet can be. I’ve never met a woodworker I didn’t like and now I can say I have 8,000 woodworking friends even if I haven’t met you all. I will definitely tell everyone I can about L.J.”s . Martin if this was your idea you need to be thanked

I agree tinnman, it’s a refreshing change to some other sites I have been on.

It’s so fun to be popular! This is such an impressive site, it took me a while to re-visit after my initial registration, but I can’t seem to stay away now.

Thanks Martin, for all the great website maintenance and gizmos. Let’s have cake! Cake for Martin, cake for everyone!

Now, if only the stockmarket would follow suit . . . up, Up, UP!

This site is awesome. I can’t believe how many projects are posted each day, how quickly people join. There is so much stuff to do here, so many things to follow, that it has become difficult just keeping up. I’m lovin’ it.

Thank you, Martin, for such a great idea while keeping the site upgraded, modern, techy, and CLEAN. And thank you, Jocks, for making this site what it is for everyone to enjoy.

Congratulations Martin!

There were about 120 members when I joined, & I still love this site.

There’s never a dull moment.

Thank You very much Martin.

Hi rikkor, you can go back to the last page of Jocks, & count back.

It would be nice to have a number though.

Congratulations Martin on another milestone.

I have to agree with everyone here…........this is the best woodorking site I have been on and I have enjoyed it every minute I’ve been here. And I have learned a lot also even though I have been a woodworker and cabinetmaker for over 30 years off and on.

Thanks again Martin. My hat goes off to you and your team.

I’m looking to the next milestone.
