Topic tags/keywords: question

I love decorating my front yard at the holidays. We don’t have kids, but the neighborhood kids love it. When we bought this house, no one on the street really did much. But once we started, it became like a competition. Now the neighbors are always coming by to see what I’ve done this year.

This isn’t a great picture, but it’s the only one I can find of my Whoo’s from Whoviile in it.

This year I’m adding a Christmas train. These are the cars. I’m starting the engine today. As long as the propane on the tank holds out.

It will have 4 cars and an engine.

” As long as the propane on the tank holds out.”

I was gonna ask “WHHHAAAAT??? Aren’t you building this out of WOOD?”

But the propane is for HEAT, isn’t it? :-)

Yes. for heat. Ran out about and hour ago. Temps got into the 30;s real fast. Done for the day. But did get the 4th car done and started the engine.

Nothing like the old tradition of keeping up the Jones’s when it comes to a neighborhood. My Jones’s cows have appreciated 300% in the past 4 months and I just got a 2% cost of living “raise”; good for them.

I have the three angles that I built many years ago and just put them out this week again. they must be 12 yrs old or more now.
Here they are Day and Night shots.

Cheers, Jim

Very cool. I like the shadow on the house.
