When I started on LJ’s there were under 500… time fly’s when you are having fun

Right at 11,000 when I joined 5 years ago…..Now there’s too dang many for me…but, I keep hanging around to see what happens next…...I’m like a rubber-necker at a crash…...

It’s listed that LJ’s has 97000 members right now, but I’m not sure what math they used to get that number; 977 pages of members at 35 members/page= 34000. Of the 34000 listed, 8500 have never contributed to the site…so 23500 “active” members…still seems like a lot.

It’s Advertiser math. The 8500 probably thought they were signing up for Facebook.
