Couldn’t sleep last night and I was (gasp) reading another site when I stumbled across this. Anyone have any experience with it? To me, it looks like he took a cutting edge from a spiral cutter head and attached it to a turning tool.

It seems to work. There is another discussion here but it kinda’ degenerated into an argument about the merits of old tools vs. new tools.
