I have a Grizzly table saw. Lately my saw blade rises on its own as the saw is running. I’ve tried tightening the height adjustment wheel but to no avail. Can anyone help?

Not sure about your saw, but most of them use a combination of two gears to raise and lower. Perhaps the clearance between the two gears has increased. Look at the mechanism that raise/lower the blade and you should be able to pinpoint the problem.

Call Grizzly. Their tech line should be able to hook you up.

Maybe there is backlash in the elevation mechanism. If so, it should be possible to adjust it out. I had a Rockwell contractor’s saw that did that, but only by a small amount (when it mattered, as when making a blind cut) and only on startup. Drove me up the wall.
