I recently had a customer that requested an end grain cutting built into his kitchen counter top that he was remodeling. The outcome is a perfect fit. We didn’t mount the board which allows him to flip it over if needed, oil both sides and keep it clean. He now considers this the center piece of his kitchen. Oh and his wife loves it.
