Does Wood Craft or Rockler do a good job of blade sharpening/
Or do I send it out somewhere?

I actually used ACE hardware once, but I don’t know if they are that good

I’ve used Rockler but they just sent it to a local shop didn’t actually sharpen them there. And since the shop only went to Rockler once a week the turn around time was way longer than if I had just taken it to the shop in the first place

I’d send them out to Dynamic Saw, Scott Whiting, Forrest, or Ridge Carbide. You don’t always know who Rockler/WC will send them to.

None of those places does the actual sharpening. Contact a local cabinet making company to see who they use or look in the yellow pages.

My local Woodcraft store told me they send their blades to a shop in Illinois, but said he didn’t know where. Probably just didn’t want to say where they actually went.
The cabinet shop idea would probably be the best idea. I’ll call a few and see what happens.
