I am considering buying an Inca 710 band saw. I have never heard of this machine until recently. Does anyone have an opinion on this saw?

It’s a good saw for the right price. It has 10” wheels
and blades tend to work harden and break. I deal
with the issue by cutting and soldering up my own
blades. They’re pretty cheap that way and soldering
is much quicker and easier than skeptics imagine.
I use flat silver solder alloy and a jig to hold the
scarfed ends in alignment. About 20 seconds with
a propane torch is all it takes.

Does it have 3 wheels?

Avoid 3 wheeled band saws.

With due respect, the INCA is in a whole other class
from other 3 wheeled woodworking band saws. They
were designed and made in Switzerland until
production moved to France. The saw weighs about
170 lb. of injection cast aluminum with precision
balanced wheels, 3 speed transmission and ball
bearing blade guides.
