Kind of hard to tell in the picture, but is that a DC-1200?

I had a DC-1100 (very similar CFM if I remember correctly, although I think the DC1200 has 1/2 hp more and is wired for 230) think the with the Jet Canister where I modded the ring to include an internal baffle. Sold that for $275; that took a while though maybe a month or so, before I found someone that was really interested. Problem is, the market is pretty small.

What I’ve found from selling various shop made jigs and fixtures in the past, is that it doesn’t really help you get any more money, it just helps the item sell a little faster. The Wynn filter is better than the Jet canister filter, but I don’t think the majority of buyers know/care. I’d imagine you probably could safely list $400 and expect in the $300-$350 range.

Good luck selling it.

I paid $125 for a DC-1100 a little over a year ago with bags wired for 220V. I was looking at the HF at the time the jet became available. The market is small and when you can get a HF for under $200. I don’t think you’ll get over $200 the mods might make it a little more desireable but they don’t add to the value.

I just looked at the picture. I wouldn’t buy it because it wouldn’t fit my shop. You need to put the fan back on the original mount and get it back to as original as possible. With all your changes you have a very nice unit but you have personalized it to the point where an already small market has almost disappeared.
