Topic tags/keywords: continental industries bandsaw

Maybe someone has some info out there on this make/model of bandsaw made in 1987. A friend is selling it and I can’t find any info on it. It does work. Is this worth $100? Or should I pass on it?

Depends if complete and operates!

Are you into tool restoration?

Wildwood; It doesn’t look like that. It looks much more modern than that picture. After coming up short on information on the internet I’m getting the feeling it was something sold at a Montgomery Ward’s or Sears back in the late 80’s. I’ll see if I can get a picture of it.

I wouldn’t get the band saw for $100, probably around $75 . Check this link http://vintagemachinery.org/mfgindex/detail.aspx?id=209&tab=4&sort=6&th=false&fl=
