Topic tags/keywords: plane

I have not been able to work in the shop for a while due to illness, so I am selling three of my hand planes to help pay for expenses. Here is what I have;

Stanley Bailey 5-1/2 w/ corrugated face

Steve Knight 13-1/2×3” purpleheart plane complete dated 09/2001

Harris Tools 14-1/4×2-1/4 raised panel plane – no cutter

Anyone interested, just make me an offer.

Did the raised panel plane have a profiled or skewed iron?

Jerry; the plane doesn’t have a skewed iron. There are instructions online on how to make them. Also I heard “Hocj Tools make special irons for hand planes.
