I ordered a G0690 table saw from Grizzly last week monday!
The saw arrived on Wednesday from UPS freight services.
I paid the $35 lift gate fee and even though the driver didn’t have to do anything but drop the saw at the curb, he actually took his pallet jack and brought it right into my garage without me having to even ask.

After unpacking the saw I noticed that the motor cover door latch was almost completely broken off and a few parts were missing from the boxes.
I called Grizzly Customer Service and explained that the 3 boxes with all the components for the saw were completely intact and had zero damage to any of them, but I had some missing parts and the motor cover was damaged. She took down all the info and the next day, I got a email saying all the parts had already been shipped.
The parts only took 3 days to arrive and all is well.
Last year I bought a Grizzly 14” Band Saw and have been very happy with it.
I just wanted to let all know that Grizzly did a great job in taking care of my problem.
I really feel 3 days as fairly fast service, all things considered.

Saw review to come after I have used it for awhile.

I recently went to Muncy, PA showroom and bought a band saw. Before that I ordered the cheapo spindle sander and the main belt came off and I could not access the tension housing to get it back on. I called them up they sent me a shipping label and a new sander in 4 days. I was impressed. I have 14 inch bandsaw with riser and moble base. Upgraded the blade and works like a charm.
