The only markings say “Craftsman Made in USA”. The replaceable blade is 3” long.

I believe it is a type of flexible “vixen” rasp or file. If you can still find flexible replacement blades for it I’m sure it would excel at removing wood in hard to get at spots or contoured surfaces.

Interesting – you r lead led to the identical and older model 152 Vixen Reveal tool that was meant to hold several different contour blades. The Heller tool is brass with a smaller blade, perhaps. Apparently, Craftsman bought or copied the Vixen.
