Hello felows ,at this time Iwould like to share a wooden tool I just finished.

I love the rule stop made by Lee Valley. It is simple and cheap.

http://www.leevalley.com/US/wood/page.aspx?p=53825&cat=1,43513

Because to order one from Canada can spend few days until reach my home here in Brazil I decided to make one.

I choose good quality barzilian wood and made a hole direct on wood and tapered it using a 1/4” tap.

I use a brass screw to tight the rule iin place.I can use both metalic and plastic rules. It works pretty well.

I made the slot at tablesaw

I made it large to permit using a cheap school plastic rule

Thanks for attention
